Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Anton Povetkin, as a demo under the name Vulyk ("Vulyk", "we", "us"), collects on sara.vulyk.app, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed: short sections, plain words.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

What you type or say on the site: your first name, your business name and town, your answers to a few questions about your business, your email address and phone number.
What we look up about your business: publicly available information such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, search results, AI-assistant answers and your public website. We use it to build your visibility report.
Technical data: pages viewed, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and whether the page loaded correctly. We use it to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
Calls and video calls: if you book a call with us, it may be recorded for quality and training. We say so before the call starts.

3. How we use it

To prepare and deliver your free visibility report and 7-step guide.
To schedule, confirm and hold the free consultation call you booked.
To contact you about that report and that call by phone, email or text message, with your consent.
To improve our service and keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messages (SMS)

Consent. When you enter your phone number on sara.vulyk.app and tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Vulyk about the report you requested and the call you booked.

What we send. A confirmation of your booking with the Google Meet link, and one reminder about an hour before the call. If you move or cancel the call, we text you the update. That is normally up to 2 to 3 messages per booking. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your bookings.

Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will not receive further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email povetkinap@gmail.com.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Who we share information with

Only with service providers that run parts of our service for us: website hosting, scheduling and video calls, email and text-message delivery, call recording and transcription, and the AI services that help assemble your report. They may use your information only to provide that service to us. We also share information when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your report, contact details and call records for as long as we are in contact with you about this service, and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.

7. Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: email povetkinap@gmail.com.
Stop text messages: reply STOP.
Stop calls or emails: tell us on the call, reply to the email, or write to the address above.

8. Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced on this page.
